Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Hillside Family of Agencies. Volunteers are a tremendous asset to our organization. Whether you assist in a classroom in the Early Childhood Center at Crestwood Children's Center, serve as a mentor or tutor to a student in Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection, or become a friendly visitor to a youth in one of the preventive, therapeutic foster care, or residential units of Hillside Children’s Center; you are making a valuable difference in the lives of the children and families of our community. Giving of your time and talents is a commitment that allows Hillside Family of Agencies to reach out to even more children in need within our communities.

All types of volunteers are important to the successful endeavors of Hillside Family of Agencies. Volunteers can assist Hillside in its work with children and families or help out "behind the scenes." Support is needed for a variety of projects, both short and long term. Assisting in our libraries, offices, fund-raising activities, and special one-time events can provide a meaningful volunteer experience at any of the Hillside Family of Agencies affiliates. Your energy, creativity, and practical support are always needed.

Our volunteer needs change often. We would be happy to discuss in detail the specific volunteer needs we have at the time of your screening interview.

If you are seeking a volunteer experience working directly with youth, please remember that consistency and dependability are very important. We ask that you commit to a one-year experience. You must be over 18 years of age and meet the necessary screening requirements.
